3RD AND 4TH Class Hurling League

My school Milford just ran a 3rd and 4th Class Hurling League.  There were six teams taking part.Each team had six players with a sixth class pupil as their manager.

I was lucky to be made captain of our team.  My brother, Bryan was our manager and was very helpful. We won our first two games but lost the third game.  We made it to the semi-final, where we had a big win.

In the final we played Mark’s team, who had beaten the favourites in the other semi.  We beat them 4-1 to 1-2.  We would put this win down to hard work and determination.

We would like to thank all the teachers involved for organizing it.  It was a great competition and lots of fun!
