Three  Milford NS  girls , Ciara  (Murroe Boher Club), Molly  (Ahane Club)and Emily (Monaleen Club) were chosen  through their clubs  to represent  the Limerick Girls u-11  Football Team in the P.J O’ Halloran County tournament in Clarecastle on Saturday 10th October.

They progressed through the group stages to beat the two Clare teams and drew Galway in the Semi Finals. Both teams showed  lots of skills and Limerick came out on top as worthy winners. They faced a strong Kerry team in the final and despite being two goals ahead at half time ,they couldn’t hold their lead and were narrowly beaten.

All  girls represented their school and clubs with pride !
