Semi Finals Safety Notice
The semi finals are going ahead this week on Wednesday and Thursday at Old Christians GAA. Schools have been notified that a contractor will be on site this week at Old Christians. There are a few important points to note.
- There is only one pitch available at Old Christians. There are works currently ongoing on the other pitch. We have no access to this pitch at all during the day. Teams will need to warm up behind the goals on the main pitch.
- Due to the works taking place, we will not have access to the car park. Cars will have to be parked outside the GAA Grounds. There will be a safe pedestrian route from the changing rooms to the pitch.
- Due to the hassle that delays could cause no extra time will be played on the day. If a match finishes level, a replay will be played on Friday or Monday.
Please ensure that all teachers, coaches and parents are aware of the lack of access to the car park in particular.
