Fairtrade visit
A lovely lady from Fairtrade Ireland came to visit us this week. We learned all about the journey of chocolate from the cocoa bean plant in Africa all the way to our shops here in Ireland. We also learned the importance of buying Fairtrade products to ensure that all people involved in making chocolate are paid a fair price. We had a raffle at the end of the presentation and Elizabeth won! Congratulations Elizabeth, we hope you enjoyed your Fairtrade chocolate and presents.
